Starting this year, we have begun offering public factory tours for the first time – an exciting new highlight that has been met with great enthusiasm. The tours sold out in no time, and new tickets for the coming year are already available.

Experience firsthand how high-quality cigars are made from tobacco leaves and get an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at our production. With fascinating insights and special giveaways, these tours are a unique adventure for cigar lovers.

In 2024, our brand ambassador, Felix Wallenhorst, once again toured throughout Germany, captivating audiences with the VILLIGER Brand Ambassador Tour. During two phases, Villiger de Nicaragua and Villiger do Brasil took center stage. Guests were able to sample the cigars and provide feedback through a questionnaire to help shape a new Villiger blend – truly a highlight for all cigar enthusiasts!

On May 30, we celebrated the 94th birthday of our patron, Heinrich Villiger. To mark the occasion, he unveiled a strictly limited cigar: the VILLIGER CELEBRATION BY HEINRICH VILLIGER – an exclusive creation available only in small quantities. This cigar unites the finest selection of tobaccos, meticulous attention to detail, and the passion of everyone involved.

For a decade now, this fruity-fresh tobacco blend, with its characteristic cane sugar taste at the tip, has created a summery vibe. During this time, the VILLIGER MINI Green has earned a place among Germany’s Top 5 cigarillos – and deservedly so!

Once again, it was an absolute top tournament – with exquisite catering and unforgettable moments of enjoyment! This year, at the beautiful Entfelden Golf Club, we spent a fantastic day with so many golf-loving aficionados.

With the introduction of our new VILLIGER LONG Red & Green filter cigarillos in Germany, we set a flavorful highlight in the summer of 2024: Red with creamy vanilla, Green with a refreshing caipirinha flair. In October, we launched the VILLIGER 1492 Discovery Edition – a tribute to Christopher Columbus, his crew, and their courageous voyages. The elegant box featuring the famous three ships invites aficionados on a flavorful journey: mild, creamy notes with enticing hints of nuts and sweetness – presented in the popular Robusto format.

The VILLIGER CELEBRATION has long since become an annual highlight, where loyal guests and newcomers alike come together in a special blend of style, enjoyment, and sociability. This year, guests gathered at the «Spinnerei» in Emmenbrücke, where, in the 1960s, viscose fibers were spun into fine yarn, and which now serves as a unique event location. The evening was filled with special moments that made it truly unforgettable.
